Hello, my name is Iva,

I was born in Czech republic in a small town in mountains Rymarov. Since my teenage years I started to travel and learn foreign languages.  

Since 4 years I am exploring the North Peru and cooperate with local residents – indios Awajún. The local lifestyle and traditions are reminding me of the basic values in human life. Like for example life in community, sens of freedom, sens of survival or practical dealing with natural resources. I was educated in an intellectual way, learning the life from the books and pleasing others. Then went time when I started to feel like a paralysed robot who wants to integrate in his life more feelings, freedom, authenticity and directness.  The experience went through far away  journey to Peru. Through other culture and its traditions. 

In 2022 I started a sustainable social – economical project Listra – Perla de Amazonas which consists of following activities:

Being as well a passionate archetypal astrologer, always searching for the best understanding and expression of each person individuality. Through the natal chart (horoscope) I can recognize psychological complexes and tensions. I help people to make them conscious and transform them into their constructive expression. 

I have Sun and Moon in Leo (both in aspect to Uranus), ascendant in Libra with Venus in 9th house. In Peru my ascendant turns to Cancer. And some of my planets which are in 12th house in Europe, are moving in Peru to the 3rd house – so I can experience their energies. You know 12th house :).

Why Listra ?

Listra, is a small village in the region of Amazonas of North Peru. It is a native community of the tribe called Awajun (Aguaruna).

I visited this place very first time in 2019 with an expedition. Today I am travelling regulary to this region. 

The most famous about Awajun culture is their ancestral spirit of warrior, their authenticity and their sens for autonomy and self sufficiency. They have never basically conformed to any national political grouping and still some of them are living very independently.

Some of them dispose of profound knowledge of amazonian nature and its plants. 

Of course, today’s life is also being modernized among these people, and not every Awajún is interested in his own culture and traditions. Some of them are leaving the territory for the cities like Chiclayo, Lima, ..

But those who are still connected to their culture, those who are digging deep in their roots, have the gift of conveying the pattern of some human psychological traits.

Which is also the meaning of cultures all around the world; to form a mosaic of different archetypal characters, which together form our world. 

When a person establishes a connection with a certain culture, he immediately approaches little bit more his wholeness again.

Listra project is about meaningful exchange in between two cultures.

With passion and enormous pleasure I am researching astrological archetypes and their influence on the human psyche.

Why do people behave the way they do, whether it is possible to consciously influence and transform human potential.

I am regularly experiencing transcendental states (with plants or without) always with the aim to transform destructive forms of psychic expression into the constructive forms.

Very interesting is to explore expanded states of consciousness in the context of a given astrological transit.
